At the core of the system is the proprietary Densah® flute design, which enables the bur to operate in two precise modes:

Cutting Mode – Clockwise rotation at 800–1500 RPM, allowing effective and controlled osteotomy cutting.

Densifying Mode – Counterclockwise rotation at 800–1500 RPM, enhancing bone density and creating a more stable implant site.
